Compassion-based practices to cultivate kindness, mindfulness and innate wisdom

Feeling stuck, lost, navigating a significant life transition or trying to make sense of loss? It's natural to look for ways to ease your frustration and to want to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Yet there are deeper questions that arise:

  • How to develop greater inner peace despite what’s happening in your life?

  • How to find meaning in life's challenges?

  • How to make conscious, aligned choices from a place of wisdom that reflect who you truly are and the life you want to live?

This is where I can help. By integrating evidence-based psychotherapy with compassion-based practices and the timeless wisdom of Eastern philosophy and Buddhist psychotherapy, I help you understand yourself more deeply, improve your mental, emotional and relational well-being, and cultivate greater clarity, confidence and connection.

What is Buddhist Psychotherapy?

Buddhist psychotherapy is a method to develop inner peace, compassion and wisdom, combining Western modern psychology with the original teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha.

Rather than treating symptoms alone, Buddhist psychotherapy explores how you relate to your thoughts, emotions and life experiences. Together, we work to reduce suffering, cultivate self-understanding and help you live with greater clarity, loving-kindness and inner freedom.

Through its core principles, you'll learn to:

  • Understand why you feel dissatisfied, lost or unhappy, and how to respond with curiosity and kindness, rather than self-judgement.

  • Learn how to work with your thinking mind, so you can free yourself from unhelpful thoughts, emotions and patterns that keep you stuck and find inner peace.

  • Cultivate a kind, open heart with greater compassion for yourself and those around you.

  • See yourself, your life and reality through a new lens that brings clarity, spaciousness and inner freedom.
