In 2010 and 2011 Karin worked as a Trainer and Facilitator for ING Bank. She was hired by Twee of Meer BV, an international coaching company based in The Netherlands, to work as a coach in these high-profile programs.

Karin was a coach for the ING International Graduate Programme in which I participated in the beginning of 2011. Ninety international trainees of ING were being coached and trained on core themes like leadership, career and change (“LEAD week”). Goal of this year's programme was to explore our own personal leadership as an ING employee.

Karin was perfect for allowing different personalities and nationalities from all over the world, to blossom in our group. Very interested in all individuals and showing genuine interest, whilst staying focussed on her role in the process. Besides being fun to work with, she is highly inspirational as a person. But, the most important part, Karin made me see that I could be an inspiration to others and to myself as well!

As the Centre Manager I am very pleased that we could offer Karin’s coaching and trainee counseling services as part of our support package to our clients. Our clients are the family members and friends of inmates and Karin was very professional in her approach with each and every one of them.

Karin is an exceptional trainer who not only brought a group of near strangers together to really connect, but who managed to bring us to a higher, or rather: deeper, level. This is the direct result of her ability to slow people down, to set the scene, and to ask the right questions at the right time while making a real connection. She thereby unravels the core of the issues which you are facing.

She thereby offers the spirit and practical tools to take control of your own development and growth.
