In our eyes, there isn't a great difference between receiving Personal Coaching and receiving Life Coaching. It explores the purpose of what is happening to you in your life. As with all forms of coaching, Personal / Life Coaching is about goal setting and reaching those goals. It closes the gap between ‘thinking about’ and ‘actually doing’. In order to achieve your goals we do a bit of digging first, to get to the bottom of things. It’s not like therapy, which is a slower and more subtle process that explores our past in-depth.
