In this video I'd like to share my vision on coaching with you, applying to both Life Coaching and Executive Coaching. I believe that you as a coaching client can receive personal & professional coaching on different levels. One of those levels is very practical, it’s about goal setting and defining steps how to reach them. The other level digs a bit deeper than that, and to me, that is where the real coaching starts.
