Everybody can call themselves a coach, and after a short online course you can obtain a certificate in counselling. At Vitalis, we do it differently. We believe in the importance of education. We have the opinion that knowledge, experience and continuous learning and professional development is of crucial importance.
As a client, you bring us information that is very dear to you, issues that you care about, things that are very important for you, and we acknowledge our responsibility to take good care of you and the material you share with us.
It’s our responsibility to deliver a high quality of service. And therefore we need qualifications and accreditations by well recognised international bodies that offer standards of practise and a high code of ethics (copies are available on request).
Needless to say, our sessions are confidential.
Besides the above, Karin receives weekly private supervision, which is a professional requirement according to the code of ethics of the accreditation bodies.
